Perform activities that can relieve stress such as recreation. Movies, Karaoke, Friendship, Yoga, Relaxation, Message, etc.

6. Have a lot of friends, a happy smile and laugh 
    It is no secret  if we have a lot of friends of course be quieter and more comfortable feeling because a lot of people who love us. Happiness will be able to make our happiness hormone increases so will affect our body's immune system. Not much different from friendship. Smiling and laughing habits also very significant according to many studies to relieve stress and boost immunity pal.
